PS

Polystyrene is a polymer made from the monomer styrene. Polystyrene can be made to take on various colors but also transparent can be achieved. PS sheet can be easily thermoformed into desirable forms and it can give a rigid mechanical support in packaging. It is widely used in electronic packaging and consumer packaging. We provide PS plastics in various ESD level to meet the various demands in the market.

PP

Polypropylene PP is a thermoplastic polymer made from the monomer propylene. Polypropylene PP can be made to take on various colors. PP sheet has very good resistance to fatigue and has a very high melting point. It can be easily thermoformed into desirable form and it can give a flexible mechanical support in packaging. ESD protective PP plastics are widely used is electronic component packaging, hard disk packaging and medical device packaging.

PET

Polyethylene terephthalate PET is a thermoplastic resin of the polyester family and is a fully recyclable plastic. A-PET sheet is widely used in the consumer packaging as it is highly stiff, transparent and has a good chemical resistance properties. It provides good protection and increases the intrinsic value of the products. GAG is a 3 layer PET plastics and it is highly transparent, heat and ultrasonic sealing can be applied. It is a cost effective plastic developed to replace expensive PET-G. PET-HT is our innovative engineering plastic which is highly transparent and with a high heat resistance.

PLA

PLA stands for Polylactic acid and it is the chemical name of a plastic made from corn. PLA is a biodegradable plastic and it is a highly transparent and stiff plastic. PLA plastics look and act like the traditional petroleum base plastics (PS, PP and PET) but the environmental impact is much less negative. PLA plastic can be processed on any standard vacuum form equipment. Postprocessing like cutting, printing and hot sealing can be done very well.   • BiplastTM10
      is a 100% PLA based sheet plastic. It can be used in food industry: bakery (trays for cakes), deli/convenience (prepared sandwiches, salads), supermarket (fresh vegetables, eggs, meat) and service ware bowls, plates and cold drink cups.
  • BiplastTM15
      is a PLA based sheet plastic with biodegradable impact modifier. It can be used in consumer goods: blister packs and tray inserts etc.
  • BiplastTM20
      is a PLA based sheet plastic with a biodegradable impact modifier. It can be used for folded plastic boxes. Silk-screen printing, offset printing and hot sealing can be applied.
  • BiplastTM30c
      is a non-transparent PLA sheet and can withstand higher temperature. It is very suitable to use in warm food packaging.
  • BiplastTM35c
      is a transparent PLA sheet and can withstand higher temperature. It is very suitable to use to make cups for hot drinks.
