Growth Pack provides 3 different grades of ESD protective plastics: antistatic with surface resistance of 109Ω~1011Ω; dissipative with surface resistance of 106Ω~109Ω and conductive with surface resistance of 102Ω~105Ω to meet the various application of customers.

Antistatic Plastic

Growth Pack’s antistatic plastics are a cost effective plastic to control ESD to reduce the risk of damage to sensitive electronic components. However, the antistatic effect on the plastic is not permanent and the effectiveness depends very much on the ambient humidity.


Dissipative Plastic

Our PS and PP dissipative plastics are one of our innovative engineering plastics. They are available is natural and transparent color. Our PS dissipative plastic has a consistent and permanent ESD effect on the plastic. There is no risk of carbon contamination on the products. It can provide a stable ESD protection, thus it is commonly used in electronic component packaging, hard disk packaging and electronic assembly packaging. Moreover, it is less expensive than conductive plastic.


Conductive Plastic

Growth Pack provides both PP and PS conductive plastics with a very reliable ESD protection. The ESD effect is permanent and does not depend on the ambient humidity. However, there might have risk of carbon contamination on the products. It is a relatively expensive plastic and is widely used in electronic component packaging, hard disk packaging and electronic assembly packaging.
